What is the difference between QuickFit and Quick Release?

QuickFit is a system used by many newer Garmin Watches. This is a clasp which is attaches to the built in pin on the Garmin Watch. The mechanism moves away from the watch.

Quick Release includes the pin as part of the strap. You will find the pin has a small piece which can be moved left/right. This releases the strap and pin from the watch itself. It can then be re-attached by aligning with the watch.

Easy checking method:

Does the pin stay with the strap or with the watch. If the watch, it is most likely QuickFit.

26mm, 22mm, 20mm, 18mm, how do I know?

Traditionally bigger watches will have a higher mm strap. You can find this written sometimes on the back of the original strap.

However, we recommend using our guide to find the correct sizing for you.
