FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
How do I replace a watch strap?
Most watch straps are attached using spring bars—small metal pieces that can be removed with a spring bar tool. If your watch has a standard spring bar system, you’ll need this tool to detach the old strap and secure the new one. Some modern straps feature a quick-release mechanism, allowing you to change them easily without any tools.
You can find spring bar tools at The Time Club if required.
Please be aware that we do not fit watch straps and if you're unsure or prefer professional assistance, you can visit a local watchmaker, who should be able to fit most watch straps for you.
How do I know the size of strap I need?
The width and length of the strap are essential for a proper fit. To find the right size, measure the lug width of your watch—the distance between the lugs (the extensions of the watch case). Choose a strap with the same lug width for a secure and comfortable fit.

Can I change the buckle?
If you like a buckle on another strap, please contact us directly and our team will be happy to see if this is possible. Buckles are often free to change however, we cannot guarantee on every watch strap.
